OUR PARTNERS

OUR PEOPLE

ROHAN VYAVAHARKAR

DIRECTOR

Trained as a journalist, Rohan has always thought of stories as a journey. Through his career with dynamic brands like NDTV, Red Bull & Twitter, he's been fortunate to learn to use content, PR, social media, events and activation design to make that journey exciting through unique experiences & stories.

His motivation for starting Argonium was to create a team that focuses on the consumers and their motivations rather than specific channels to reach them.

Armed with a book, his smartphone, and his love for Manchester United, he enjoys being outdoors.

As the father of a precocious three-year-old, without a doubt, his favourite book is The Gruffalo by Julia Donaldson.

ANUJ TREHAN

DIRECTOR

An entrepreneur at heart and with over 10 years of experience in project management, operations, and strategic investments, Anuj has a wealth
of stories about the best and worst of the business world.

With a view of bringing to bear his experience of running organizations
to an environment which he is excited by and one that his outlook can
only help improve. So, when he decided to found Argonium, he saw the
potential to tell a story in places where the craft is often undervalued —
boardrooms and corner offices.

With a passion for food, both cooking & eating, he idolises those who
have elevated the science and art of the culinary. He hopes someday to
run a restaurant or two of his own, and he's pretty sure he wants to run
the kitchen himself.

He prides himself on his geekdom, his love for everything science fiction
and being able to quote verbatim from his favourite Star Wars films.
As an avid music lover, he listens to everything from Mozart to Garth
Brooks to Led Zepplin.

PAVAN ACHARYA

VICE PRESIDENT

Pavan started his career as a copywriter and then went on to work as a
television producer with NDTV, CNN IBN & Comedy Central. In a career
spanning over a decade, he's produced news-centric shows to film based
shows, directed live television events and produced the popular news
spoof show, 'The Week That Wasn't with Cyrus Broacha'.

While Pavan loves listening to stories, what really gets him going is
breathing life into those stories. Other than the excitement of working
with like-minded people, his reason for joining Argonium comes from
his love of telling stories, the way he would like them to be told.

When he's not ordering his next meal, Pavan attempts to run long
distances.

Every time he's a little weary of taking risks, he turns to this line from
his favourite book, Alice in Wonderland - "You're entirely bonkers.
But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are."

PRECIOSA D'COSTA

VICE PRESIDENT

Preciosa began her career as a corporate trainer and ventured into
Experiential Marketing, Events, Telecom and Advertising to continue
to expand her horizons. She's worked with several brands including TATA
Starbucks, Magnum ice cream, Himalayan mineral water, Bestseller,
Raymond, Titan and Red Bull amongst others.

Her learnings have helped her see the bigger picture across platforms.
She believes that while brand visibility and recall are primary, the means
to achieve that through the communication story needs to be 'simple'.
She's joined Argonium to be a part of a team that is constantly innovating
as well as the curiosity to try a new way of working.

She relishes food & beverage (dessert being the highlight of her day) and
constantly fights the urge to travel.

The journey and the palette of colours that The Red Sari by Javier Moro
& Spot Of Bother by Mark Haddon take her on, make them both her
favourite books.

AJIT NAIR

VICE PRESIDENT

Having worked in sectors as diverse as telecom, media, FMCG, Ajit
has hands on experience, and understanding of a diverse range - rural,
youth and non-conventional - of marketing.

With a career with pioneering brands like Vodafone, CNBC, Repucom,
and Red Bull, Ajit is a strong believer in keeping things simple while
building low cost, high impact campaigns.

His focus at Argonium is to ensure that the consumer is always at the
core of all our plans.

An automobile freak, he loves to race or even be on the sidelines of the
racetrack, and admires another man who lived life in the fast lane & Andre
Agassi. So, no wonder that the tennis legend's autobiography Open is his
favourite story to read.

SHREYA CHHABRIA

DESIGN CONSULTANT

A bundle of energy, eager to learn and always scouting for food, Shreya is the youngest and most creative member of our team. Her style and design is simple, minimalistic and to the point ensuring that the story is not lost in the process. This is what inspires her to join Argonium.

When she's not thinking of her next travel destination, she's an ardent sketcher and painter.

It was during her work at TBWA as a copywriting intern, that she realised that while words were fun, art and the visual medium really helped put her vision and thoughts across. Path chosen, she dived deeper in the field continuing her learning with Stepathlon where she grew her digital communication design repertoire. And when she's not busy doodling or looking at her favourite works of art, she's quite entertained with her favourite show Modern Family.

FAIZNEEN BHARMAL

COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT

Faizneen wants to live in a world of stories and books on mafia ganglands
& Hindu mythology that come bundled with extra dark chocolate.

With over six years in the communications industry, she has worked for
brands like BBC World News, Marico, Godrej, Samsonite, Rolex Awards for
Enterprise and cricket's Pathan Brothers. She has won the 2015 award for
30 under 30 for PR professionals and last worked as a corporate
communications manager for Swades Foundation.

She's especially proud of her work on the Avitel Post Studios vs. HSBC,
going through hours of documents and then planning a digital and media
strategy to seed a story that Avitel was falsely accused.

When she's not helping clients tell better stories, you can find her
watching season after season of great sitcoms, reading Devdutt Patnaik's
Jaya and expressing her love for the greatest player the planet has seen —
Lionel Messi.

NIMSY JOHN

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Nimsy has over a decade of experience in accounts and finance in various trading industries. In her desire to learn, she took some time out to go back to school as she pursued higher academic goals.

At Argonium, she is looking to experience a service oriented industry.

She might live in a world of numbers but she's constantly looking to evolve, she loves to quote only the smartest man to have lived - Albert Einstein, "Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving", much like Lucie Manette from her favourite book, Charles Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities.
